Davis Autism Approach® Workshop (CDT Time Zone)
October 5 - October 9

Come to the life-changing Davis Autism Approach® Workshop.
This workshop gives you and your family a pathway to independence, open communication and the tools to show your child or loved one how to stand tall in a world not designed for them.
The Davis Autism Approach workshop addresses the real challenges that families face – like unpredictable meltdowns, communication barriers, sensory overwhelm and difficulty with routines changing.
The workshop is hosted live, online, October 5-9, 9am-5pm CDT.
This approach stands apart because it was created by an autistic man, Ron Davis, not by outsiders looking in. He found his way through a world he described as chaotic and overwhelming. He knew he had to help others like him. That’s why he created the Davis Autism Approach.
This workshop has helped thousands of families do what they never imagined possible – family holidays, trying new foods, attending regular school and moving through transitions without meltdowns.
Over five days, you’ll learn
- Anxiety Reduction: approaches to minimize meltdowns and stress.
- Independence Building: strategies to foster greater autonomy
- Social Navigation: strategies to build meaningful connections
- Specialized Davis Tools for Orientation and Self-Regulation: to help with focus and calm
- Clay Modeling Techniques: to establish foundational concepts through tactile learning
What others say about the Davis Autism Approach
“I have been discovering my essence as an autistic individual and a burgeoning sense of personal self-worth within me.” Albert, Autistic man
“What makes the Davis Autism Approach different to any other therapy or program I’m aware of, is that Ron Davis really understands autism from within. His program truly reaches to the core of who my son is. It’s hard to imagine what life would have been like if we hadn’t found the Davis Autism Approach when we did.” Juliana, mother of autistic son
“It’s a commitment, but it’s a fun commitment. The results come quickly, and they last. This isn’t just an intervention; it’s a way of life. It’s about showing the big picture of life and how to live it.” Elise, Mother of autistic son
“Now that Benjamin can understand the consequences of staying up late and not getting enough sleep, he’s willing to go to bed, an outcome I had never thought possible.” Andreas, mother of autistic son
“After the program, we took a trip to Hawaii – most parents of autistic individuals will understand how impossible that thought is. Logan loved the trip. He tried new foods, enjoyed bus rides, and even went zip-lining and surfing.“ Alan, father of autistic daughter
“It changed our life so drastically that I pursued my facilitator’s license.” Mary Martin, mother, Davis Facilitator
“Having explored psychology, mental health resources, and various autism interventions over the years, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. What sets the Davis Autism Approach apart is that it’s truly an experiential journey for a neurodiverse person.” Kirsten, support worker for an autistic person
